Where are your products sourced from?

Everything we sell is traceable to our own farm in Kerala and a small network of partner growers we work with directly.

We cultivate Ayurvedic herbs and organic produce on chemical-free land, partner with traditional farmers and tribal honey collectors, and work with Ayurvedic practitioners for product formulation. Are your herbs and produce organic or certified?

Yes. Our farm follows organic cultivation practices on chemical-free land, and we hold independent certifications that are displayed on our [awards page](/awards).

Natural produce may vary slightly in colour, size and shape from batch to batch — that is normal for minimally processed, farm-fresh goods. Product pages note relevant certifications and processing methods where applicable.

How fresh are your products when they ship?

We harvest and process in small batches aligned with orders wherever possible. Perishable produce is packed shortly before dispatch, and dried herbs, spices and honey are stored in food-grade conditions on the farm until shipping.

Orders are dispatched within **2 business days** of payment confirmation so products reach you as fresh as logistics allow.

How do I place an order?

After you submit the order, our team confirms availability and shares payment instructions with you on **WhatsApp**. Your order is dispatched once payment is received.

How do I pay for my order?

We accept payment via **UPI** through WhatsApp. After placing your order on the site, you will receive UPI payment instructions on the phone number you provided.

Payment must be completed before we dispatch your order. We do not store full UPI or card details on our servers.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Contact us as soon as possible via WhatsApp or the details in our footer. If your order has not yet been packed or dispatched, we can usually adjust quantities or cancel it.

Once an order has left the farm, we cannot modify or cancel it.

We dispatch orders from Kerala within **2 business days** of payment confirmation. Standard delivery across India typically takes **4–7 business days**, depending on your pincode.

All orders ship in **tamper-evident, food-grade packaging** suited to the product type — vacuum-sealed pouches for dried herbs and spices, protective cushioning for glass jars, and insulated packing for temperature-sensitive items where needed.

We pack to minimise transit damage while keeping packaging as minimal and recyclable as practicable.

What is the difference between wild honey and Cheruthen?

**Wild forest honey** is collected from natural hives in forest and plantation areas by partner collectors who follow sustainable harvesting practices.

**Cheruthen** (stingless bee honey) comes from small native bee species found in Kerala. It has a distinctive flavour, is prized in Ayurveda, and is harvested in limited quantities. Both are raw, unprocessed and traceable to their source.
