Most turmeric powder is made from roots that are boiled, polished, and sometimes coloured to look brighter — process that adds shine but strips out potency. Ours isn't. We harvest turmeric from our own farm, sun-dry it the traditional way, and grind it close to order, keeping the colour and aroma natural rather than manufactured.
