Cheru Thenu comes from stingless bees — smaller, gentler, and far less productive than regular honeybees. A colony gives only a fraction of what a beehive does, gathered drop by drop over months. That scarcity is the point: this honey is thinner, tangier, and more complex than regular honey, prized in Kerala's traditional households for generations.

From our farm
