This honey isn't from managed hives — it's harvested from wild bee colonies deep in Kerala's forests, built on their own terms in trees and rock crevices. We don't feed the bees, move the hives, or control the forage. What they gather is whatever's flowering that season, which is why no two batches taste quite the same.
