Kasturi Manjal is a different plant from everyday cooking turmeric — a wild variety traditionally kept aside for skin, never for food. We harvest it from our farm, sun-dry it slowly, and grind it fine enough for a smooth paste, without polishing or bleaching it to look a certain way.
