Extracted straight from the comb. Never heated, never filtered fine.
Most honey is heated to flow faster and filtered until it's clear — that strips out pollen, enzymes, and the natural texture that makes honey what it is. Ours isn't. We extract it cold and strain it just enough to remove wax, nothing more. What's left is honey close to how the bees made it.
